Privacy Policy

OmniRise is an independent software studio based in Casablanca, Morocco. We build websites, internal tools, and automation for businesses.

The only personal data we collect is what you send us yourself through the contact form:

• Your name, so we know how to reply.
• Your email address, so we can reply.
• The service you are asking about and your message, so the answer is useful.

One purpose only: to answer your message and, if you ask for one, prepare a quote. We do not add you to any newsletter, we do not run marketing campaigns, and we do not sell or share your data with anyone for their own use.

The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries.

A small, fixed set of service providers is involved in running this site:

• Vercel: hosts the website and serves its pages.
• Vercel Analytics: counts anonymous, cookieless page visits. It stores no name, no email, and no identifier that can single you out.
• Resend: delivers the contact form to our inbox as an email.
• GitHub: the "stars" badge on our work page reads public repository statistics directly from the GitHub API from your own browser. No personal data is involved.

This site sets no cookies at all, and no consent banner is needed because there is nothing to consent to.

We do use your browser local storage for two settings that never leave your device: your language and your light or dark theme preference.

Contact form emails are kept for a maximum of three months, then deleted. If we start a project together, the contract documents follow their own retention rules, which we state in the quote.

You can ask us at any time to confirm what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop processing it. One email to [email protected] is enough, and we answer within 30 days.

If you are in Morocco, you can also contact the national data protection authority, the CNDP (Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel), under Law 09-08.

If you are in the European Union, you additionally have the rights granted by the GDPR, and you can lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with a new update date. Material changes are announced on the home page for a reasonable period.
