TERMS
Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026
These terms describe how we work with every client. The written quote you sign for a project always takes precedence: if the quote says something different, the quote wins.
Scope
OmniRise builds websites, internal tools, QR menus, business automation, and AI integrations, as described on this site. Every project is defined by its own written quote: scope, deliverables, price, and timeline.
Anything not written in the quote is not part of the project. We are happy to quote it separately.
Quotes and payment
Each quote is a single number, in writing, valid for 30 days. What the quote says is what you pay: no surprise invoices.
Payment follows the schedule stated in the quote, which is normally 50% on project start and 50% on delivery. Prices are exclusive of any taxes that may apply to your situation.
Your commitments
Projects run on calendar days counted from the moment we have what we need from you: content, access credentials, brand assets, and answers to questions. We tell you exactly what is needed upfront.
Late content or late feedback shifts the calendar by the same amount of time. We keep you informed rather than silently waiting.
Revisions
Every package includes the revision rounds stated in the quote. You review the working software and we adjust.
Need more after that? We quote it transparently before doing anything, so you decide with the price in front of you.
Delivery and warranty
Delivery timelines are honest ranges stated in the quote, in calendar days.
Every automation and every build ships with a 30-day fix warranty: if something we built breaks in normal use within 30 days of delivery, we fix it at no cost. Training documentation is included so your team is not dependent on us for daily use.
Ownership and intellectual property
Once the final payment is made, you own the deliverables: source code, design, and content, as stated in the quote. Your domain is registered in your name from day one.
We keep the right to reuse generic, non-identifying building blocks in other projects, and to reference the work in our portfolio unless the quote says otherwise.
Liability
Our liability for any project is limited to the amounts actually paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost revenue or lost data on your side; backing up your data before a migration is part of your commitments and we always remind you in writing.
Cancellation
Either side can cancel a project before delivery. Work already performed is invoiced pro rata, and deliverables already paid for are handed over. The deposit covers the first slice of that work.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute that a conversation cannot solve falls under the competent courts of Casablanca.
